Capability · Websites

A website that starts something when someone fills in the form.

Websites are not our main business, but they are where most of our work begins: a form that should create a lead, a shop that should agree with the stock, a page that should be found. We build sites on WordPress or in hand-written code, depending on who will look after them, and we wire them into the systems you already run.

Free, 30 minutes, no obligation.

What you get

  • A fast site that reads properly on a phone first
  • Built on WordPress or in custom code — whichever your team can maintain
  • Every form connected to your CRM, not to an inbox
  • Pages structured to be found by search engines and AI assistants

The problem

Most company sites are a brochure with a broken letterbox.

A site gets built, launched and admired for a month. Then the product range changes and the pages don't, the contact form fills a mailbox nobody owns, and the shop shows stock the warehouse sold last week.

Today

  1. 1The site describes the company as it was three years ago
  2. 2Contact form submissions land in a shared inbox and wait
  3. 3The webshop and the gestionale show different stock
  4. 4Changing a single sentence means calling whoever built it
  5. 5Slow on a phone, which is where most visitors arrive

With Reviamo

  1. 1Pages your team can update themselves, on a platform they can actually use
  2. 2Every enquiry arrives in the CRM with an owner, so the first reply goes out the same day
  3. 3The shop reads stock and prices from where they really live, so the two never disagree

The design should be good. But the reason to rebuild a site is usually what happens after someone presses send.

How it works

Scoped, structured, built, connected, handed over.

  1. 1

    Scope

We start with what the site has to do rather than how it should look: who it is for, what they need to find, and what should happen when they get in touch.

  2. 2

    Structure

Pages, navigation and content are planned before any design. A clear structure is what makes a site readable for people and findable for search engines and AI assistants alike.

  3. 3

    Design

Designed for the phone first, then the desktop. Your brand, your colours, and nothing added that slows a page down without earning its place.

  4. 4

    Build

On WordPress when your team wants to edit pages without us, or in hand-written code when speed, security and control matter more. We recommend one and say why.

  5. 5

    Connect and hand over

Forms are wired into your CRM, the shop into your gestionale, analytics set up behind a proper cookie consent. Then you get the keys — logins, code and hosting in your name.

Launch checklist · this week
All pages pass the mobile layout check done
Contact form creates a lead in the CRM done
Cookie consent declines non-essential by default done
Images compressed and loaded only when needed done
One page has no meta description — fix before launch review
Waiting for the domain to point at the new host

Illustrative checklist. Every row is a check we run before a site goes live; the flagged one is caught before launch, not after.

Plugs into

What the site connects to

CRM
HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM
Webshops
WooCommerce, PrestaShop
Gestionali & invoicing
TeamSystem, Danea EasyFatt, Fatture in Cloud
Search & analytics
Google Search Console, Google Analytics — behind cookie consent

Already on a platform we haven't named? If it has an API or exports its data, it can almost always be connected. The one exception is SAP — we don't integrate with it.

Who it's for

  • Companies whose site is older than their product range

The offer has moved on and the website hasn't. Rebuilding is often quicker than patching.

  • Businesses whose enquiries wait in an inbox

The site gets the visitor to press send. What happens after that is where leads are won or lost.

  • Shops that need the webshop and the gestionale to agree

One source of truth for stock and prices, so nobody sells what is no longer on the shelf.

  • Teams who want to edit their own pages

A platform chosen for the people who will update it, not for the people who built it.

Questions

The questions people ask about a new website.

WordPress or custom code?

Whichever your team will actually maintain. WordPress lets you edit pages yourself and has a plugin for almost everything; hand-written code is faster, more secure and has nothing to update every month. We recommend one for your situation and tell you why, before anything is built.

Will we lose our Google ranking if we rebuild the site?

Not if the move is done properly. Every existing address is either kept or redirected to its new page, so search engines and old links follow you rather than hitting an error. We map the old site before we touch it.

Does the contact form go to our CRM?

Yes — that is the point of the rebuild. Each submission becomes a record with an owner, instead of an email in a shared box. This is the same connection we built for an education company whose leads now get a reply in minutes.

Who updates the content after launch?

You do, without needing us. On WordPress your team edits pages directly; on a custom build we make the parts you change often editable. You receive every login, the code and the hosting in your own name.

Do you build webshops?

Yes, on WooCommerce or PrestaShop, connected to your gestionale so stock and prices come from one place. Orders can then flow straight into it, as described in order automation.

How does it start?

With a free consultation, then a written proposal with a fixed price before any design begins. The steps are the same as for every project, set out on how we work.
