Services

Keep the tools you know.

We automate the work your team repeats every day, inside the software you already use. Throw the busywork around and tap a job to tick it off.

0 of 22 jobs ticked off

Most companies don't need another system. They need the ones they already pay for to work together, so nobody copies data from one screen to another, chases an invoice from memory or rebuilds the same report every Monday.

That is the work. We connect your tools through process automation, build custom software where nothing off the shelf fits, and make websites that turn a visit into an enquiry. If you want a second opinion before anything is built, we advise.

We work mainly with companies in Italy, in English and Italian, and every project starts with a free thirty-minute call.

The problem

Where the hours actually go.

Most of the waste isn't one big broken process. It's twenty small ones — each costing half an hour a day, every day, in every department.

Data typed twice

The same order exists in an email, a spreadsheet and the ERP. Someone keeps all three in sync by hand.

Invoices processed by eye

Supplier PDFs get opened, read, retyped and filed. Every month, hundreds of them.

Answers in one person's head

Nothing moves while the one colleague who knows the process is on holiday.

Follow-ups left to memory

Quotes, renewals and overdue invoices go quiet because nobody had time to chase them.

Documents assembled by hand

Contracts, certificates and reports rebuilt from a template every single time.

Tools that don't talk

Your CRM, your accounting and your mailbox each hold a different version of the truth.

In practice

See it before and after.

Six of the things we're asked for most. Pick one and compare how it runs today with how it runs once it's automated.

Supplier invoices

Domestic invoices arrive as FatturaPA XML through SdI, foreign suppliers still send PDFs, and somebody reconciles both against the orders by hand.

Today

  1. 1XML from SdI lands in one place, supplier PDFs in another
  2. 2Someone opens each one and reads it
  3. 3Supplier, number, amount and IVA get keyed into the gestionale
  4. 4The original is renamed and filed by hand
  5. 5Mismatches with the purchase order surface later, if at all

With Reviamo

  1. 1Every invoice is collected the moment it arrives, XML or PDF
  2. 2Data is extracted and checked against the purchase order — anything that doesn't match is flagged for a human
  3. 3A clean record lands in accounting, the original archived and linked
Plugs into
SdI / FatturaPA, Fatture in Cloud, TeamSystem, Danea EasyFatt, Zucchetti, Outlook, Google Drive
What changes
Your accountant reviews exceptions instead of typing every line.

Sales

B2B orders from email and PDFs

Regular customers order the way they always have — a written email, an attached PDF, sometimes a photo of a form. Sales retypes every one of them.

Today

  1. 1Orders arrive mixed in with the rest of the inbox
  2. 2Sales opens each one and works out what was actually ordered
  3. 3Products and quantities are retyped into the system
  4. 4A typo surfaces at dispatch, not at entry

With Reviamo

  1. 1Order mail is recognised and separated from the rest of the inbox
  2. 2Products, quantities and dates are extracted and matched to your catalogue
  3. 3The order is created as a draft — a human confirms anything ambiguous
Plugs into
Shared mailboxes, your gestionale, PrestaShop, Shopify, WooCommerce, Excel, Google Sheets
What changes
Order entry stops being a queue, and mistakes get caught before dispatch.

Operations

Certificates and handover documents

Every completed job needs a certificate, protocol or handover document — and each one is rebuilt from a template, exported and emailed by hand.

Today

  1. 1A job is finished and marked done
  2. 2Someone opens the template and fills in the details, numbering and signature
  3. 3It's exported to PDF, emailed and filed — usually
  4. 4Nobody is quite sure which version went out

With Reviamo

  1. 1The document is generated the moment the job is marked complete
  2. 2Data, numbering, signature and branding fill themselves in
  3. 3It's sent and archived, with a record of when and to whom
Plugs into
Your CRM or job system, Google Drive, SharePoint, email, e-signature
What changes
The document is always current, always sent, always findable.

Sales

Follow-up that doesn't rely on memory

Quotes go out and go quiet. Overdue invoices sit there because chasing is nobody's favourite job.

Today

  1. 1A quote goes out
  2. 2It goes quiet
  3. 3Chasing depends on somebody remembering, on a good week
  4. 4Overdue invoices sit unclaimed

With Reviamo

  1. 1Every quote and invoice gets a follow-up schedule the moment it's issued
  2. 2Reminders are drafted in your tone with the right context — sent, or queued for your approval
  3. 3Replies route to the owner, and the CRM updates itself
Plugs into
HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Fatture in Cloud, email
What changes
You collect revenue you were already owed.

HR

CV screening for a real hiring round

One open role brings in more applications than anyone has time to read properly, in three different formats.

Today

  1. 1Applications arrive by mail and from several job boards
  2. 2Someone reads all of them to find the few worth a call
  3. 3The good ones get lost between a mailbox, a spreadsheet and a folder
  4. 4Strong candidates go cold waiting for a reply

With Reviamo

  1. 1Applications are collected from mail and job boards into one place
  2. 2Each CV is read against the criteria you actually hire on, and scored with the reasoning shown
  3. 3You get a shortlist you can argue with — nobody is rejected automatically
Plugs into
Mailbox, job-board exports, Google Sheets, your ATS
What changes
You spend your reading time on the shortlist, not the pile.

Knowledge

Your company's internal brain

The answer exists — in a contract, an old email, a manual, or in one colleague's head. Finding it takes longer than doing the work.

Today

  1. 1Knowledge is spread across drives, inboxes and people
  2. 2Finding an answer means asking around
  3. 3When that colleague is away, things stop
  4. 4New people take months to become useful

With Reviamo

  1. 1Documents, procedures and past projects are indexed in one private place
  2. 2Staff ask in plain language and get an answer with the source document attached
  3. 3Access follows your existing permissions — nothing leaves your control
Plugs into
SharePoint, Google Drive, Confluence, Notion, network drives
What changes
Nobody waits for the one person who knows.

What we do

Four ways we work, in the order we add the most.

Most clients start with automation, then keep us for whatever it uncovers.

01

Process automation

We map how work actually flows through your company, then hand the repetitive parts to software. Not a platform your team has to learn — automations that run inside the tools they already open every morning.

Typically

  • Document and invoice processing
  • System-to-system sync across CRM, ERP, accounting and mailbox
  • AI agents that read, sort, draft and answer
  • Alerting and reporting that arrives without anyone asking

Good first project — one process, one department, live in weeks rather than a company-wide rollout.

Run log
Invoice #2481 extracted from SdI 0.4s
Matched to order PO-1190 0.2s
Posted to the gestionale 0.6s
Invoice #2482 — total differs by €12 review
Waiting for the next document

02

Custom software, built to order

When nothing off the shelf fits, we build it. Internal tools, portals, calculators, dashboards — scoped to the one job they need to do, and nothing more.

Typically

  • Internal web apps and admin portals
  • Client portals and self-service tools
  • Integrations between systems that were never meant to meet

Good first project — replace the spreadsheet three people fight over.

Internal tool
Job 4471 · Rossi SpA closed
Job 4472 · Bianchi Srl on hold
Job 4473 · Conti & Co open
Job 4474 · Marino Group draft

03

Websites

Sites built to be maintained, not admired once. Fast, findable, and wired into the rest of your stack so a form submission actually starts something. More on websites.

Typically

  • Company sites, landing pages, e-commerce
  • Speed, SEO and analytics done properly
  • Forms connected to your CRM, not to an inbox nobody reads
Site health
Largest contentful paint 94%
Accessibility 100%
SEO 98%

04

Advisory

A second opinion with a technical spine. Where to invest, what to automate first, what to leave alone, and what it will realistically take.

Typically

  • Process and systems review
  • Build-versus-buy and tooling decisions
  • Roadmap and sequencing for the next 6–12 months
Roadmap
Map the order-to-invoice flow done
Automate document generation in build
Connect the CRM to accounting next
Retire the shared spreadsheet later

Not sure where you fit?

That's what the free consultation is for. Bring the process that annoys you most — we'll tell you whether it's worth automating, and if it isn't, we'll say so.

Scope

What we can connect to — and the one thing we can't.

A fair test: if a system has an API, a database, a file export, or even just a mailbox, we can usually automate around it. Here's what that looks like in practice.

Systems we work with every week

E-invoicing & SdI
FatturaPA XML, Sistema di Interscambio, Fatture in Cloud, Aruba
Gestionali & ERP
TeamSystem, Zucchetti, Danea EasyFatt, Odoo
CRM
HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho
E-commerce
PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento
Mail & calendar
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace
Files & documents
SharePoint, Google Drive, Dropbox
Databases & spreadsheets
PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL, Excel, Google Sheets
Communication
Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp Business
Anything with an API
And most things without one — via export, file drop or email

If it isn't on this list, ask. It's what we're asked for most, not what we're limited to.

Where we stop

We don't integrate with SAP. It needs a different kind of specialist and a different budget, and pretending otherwise would waste your money and our time. If SAP is the core of your business, we're the wrong partner for that part — and you'll hear it on the first call, not in month three.

We'll also turn work down when

  • The process changes every time it runs — there's nothing stable to automate yet.
  • It runs twice a year. Maintaining the automation would cost more than doing it by hand.
  • The real problem is the process, not the tooling. We'll tell you to fix that first.

How we work

Three steps. You only pay from the second one.

We don't quote automation from a description. We look at the real process first — that's the only way a number means anything.

  1. 1 Free · 30 min

    Free consultation

Online, no preparation needed. You describe where the work piles up; we tell you straight away whether it's a good automation candidate and roughly what the effort looks like. Nothing to sign.

  2. 2 1–2 weeks · paid

    Process audit

We go a level deeper. We sit with the people who actually do the work, map the process end to end, count the volumes and the hours, and check what your systems will let us do. You get a written report: what's worth automating, in what order, and a fixed price to build it.

Yours to keep, even if you build it with someone else.

  3. 3 Fixed scope

    Implementation

We build, test against your real data, and run it in parallel with the manual process until you trust it — then hand it over with documentation and an agreed support arrangement.

Why the audit is paid, and why it's deducted.

A serious audit costs us a week of senior time. Giving it away means either doing it badly or quietly padding the implementation price to cover it. So we charge for it — and deduct it in full from the build. Go ahead, and the audit effectively cost you nothing. Don't, and you still walk away with a document you can hand to any supplier.

What's in the audit report

  • A map of how the work runs today, with volumes and hours
  • Every automation candidate we found, ranked by payback
  • What each one needs from your systems — and any blockers
  • A fixed price and timeline for the implementation

Questions

The things people ask on the first call.

What does it cost?

It depends on the process, and we won't pretend otherwise — a mailbox rule and a document pipeline aren't the same job. The consultation is free, and the audit ends with a fixed price for the whole build, so you know the number before you commit to anything.

Why is the audit paid?

Because it's real work: interviews, process mapping, checking what your systems allow, and a written report with a fixed price at the end. The fee is deducted in full from the implementation, and the report is yours to keep either way.

How long does it take?

The audit takes one to two weeks. A first automation is usually live within a few weeks of it — we deliberately start with one process rather than a company-wide programme.

Do we have to change the software we already use?

Almost never. We automate around the tools you already have. If a tool genuinely blocks the work, we'll tell you why and let you decide.

Do you work with SAP?

No. That's the one system we don't integrate with. If SAP is at the centre of your operation, you'll hear that on the first call, not in month three.

What happens to our data?

It stays with you. We work inside your accounts and your storage wherever possible, we sign an NDA before the audit, and everything is set up to your GDPR obligations. If a step uses an AI model, we tell you which one, where it runs, and what it sees.

What if it breaks after handover?

Automations are monitored, and failures alert a human instead of silently doing nothing. You get documentation and a support arrangement agreed before we start, not invented afterwards.

Couldn't we just use ChatGPT for this?

For a one-off, often yes. The difference is that an automation runs without anybody remembering to run it, connects to your systems, and leaves a record. That's the part a chat window doesn't do.
