This page explains what personal data the Reviamo website collects, why, who else handles it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We have kept it short because the site collects very little.

Who to contact

Reviamo. For anything about your data, write to info@reviamo.com.

What we collect

  • When you use the contact form: your name, email address, company if you give it, and your message.
  • When you book a meeting: the time you choose in the contact form. To put the call in our calendar and invite you, we pass your name, email address, the time and your message to Google Calendar.
  • When you email or call us: whatever you choose to send or tell us.

We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not set our own cookies.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not sell your data or use it for marketing you did not ask for.

Who else handles it

A few services are needed for the site to work. Each receives only what its job requires:

  • Websupport, our hosting provider in Slovakia, runs this site and delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
  • Google provides the booking calendar and Google Meet video calls, and serves the web fonts this site uses, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
  • Tailwind CSS serves part of the site's styling from its content delivery network.
  • jsDelivr serves the animation libraries used on the Services and About pages.
  • Unsplash serves some of the photographs on the home page.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards the GDPR requires for such transfers.

How long we keep it

An enquiry is kept for as long as we need it to answer you and to handle any work that follows. If nothing follows, we delete it within twelve months.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, object to its use, or give you a copy. Write to info@reviamo.com and we will reply within a month. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
